Canon 50mm f/1.2L USM Lens
Canon's new high-quality standard lens is a 50mm f/1.2L USM. With a well-crafted, sturdy construction, the lens is designed to be weather-resistant. For users who prefer a static focal length, the50mm lens can be used in a wide variety of situations. The very fast f/1.2 aperture (the lowest of any Canon EF lens) also makes the lens especially suitable for low-light conditions. The surface of the lens is covered with a special lens coating that reduces ghosting and flare. The 50mm lens retails for about $1600.
