The Olympus 35-100mm Zuiko Telephoto Lens
Since its release nearly a year ago, the Olympus
35-100mm Zuiko telephoto lens has gained a reasonably sized following. The lens
is a well-built mid-range telephoto with a maximum aperture
of f2.0. Composed of four ED lenses and one super ED lens, the 35-100mm
telephoto can produce clear, well-contrasted, images from edge to edge. The
lens also has a built-in CPU that communicates with the camera's software for
precise focusing.Note from Olympus: To use the Zuiko Digital 35-100mm f2.0 Zoom with the EVOLT E-300, the camera body must be upgraded to firmware version 1.3. Older versions of the firmware may have sporadic freezes with this lens. Upgrade instructions.
